GENERAL COMMISSION INFORMATION

How to place an order?

You can order a commission by writting me a message.
My work Email: gitsativa.commissions[at]gmail.comIt might take some time for me to respond since I am living in a different time zone.I will need a reference sheet or images of your character and description of your personal idea. Artistic freedom is more than welcome too (but it would be nice to tell me at least some facts about your character. I don't need to know full lore, just some information what could be helpful with choosing a mood/pose/etc for the drawing.)
All preferences should be discussed before the payment is sent. You can't change your idea or character after I will receive the payment.I have the right to reject any order without providing an explanation.

Queue

I accept commissions through a timed slot system. I can only accept a limited amount of slots per month. This allows me to fully finish each piece on time.
You can ask me about adding you to a waiting list (queue) if you wish for me to hold a slot for you. I will contact you before new slots will be open. People in a queue are in higher priority.

Payment

I start working only after payment is received. (I work with full prepayment)
Currently I take payments trough PayPal invoices. It might take some time to send an invoice.
Commission details such as character reference and main idea are required before payment is sent.
I don't do refunds. Please commission me only if you are not struggling financially.

Working Process

Once I start working on your order, I will send you a sketch so you can approve it or request changes.
If you ask in advance, I can send you other stages of my work for approval. you can ask for minor fixes, but I won't redraw the commissioned piece if you previously agreed with a sketch.I don't work with deadlines right now, but I will try my best to finish the piece within 3 months.

Please take in mind what my anthro stylisation is based on more realistic animal features.
I enjoy working with such themes as clothes and fashion, as well as emotions, atmosphere and symbolism. I usually work with moody, sad and dark ideas.

What you will receive

- You will receive a .PNG file image of your commission depending of the commission type.
- You are allowed to print your commission for personal usage.
- Any additional version of artwork (like transparent background) should be discussed in advance. As well as canvas size if it is important for you.I use Google drive to storage completed commissions.My commission artwork is Digital illustration pieces only. No physical artwork will be provided, only digital copies.
Your commissioned artwork is for personal use only. It is not to be used for any commercial purposes.
I retain the copyright to all art I create and have the right to use it for my portfolio. (Please tell me if you don't want your commission to be published.)
You are not allowed to use any of my works for A/I training or N/F/T.
